1. What Porthole Is

Porthole is a routing and privacy service. Porthole's partner network handles your connection routing, keeping you anonymous throughout. Content streams directly from destination sites to your device - Porthole does not host, store, or transmit any video or media.

2. Age Requirement

By accessing Porthole you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that viewing adult content is lawful where you are, and that you voluntarily choose to do so. If any of these conditions do not apply to you, close this page now.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Porthole only for lawful purposes. You may not use Porthole to:

• Access content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit content obtained via Porthole
• Circumvent payment requirements or access controls of destination sites beyond what Porthole's session layer provides
• Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading through Porthole's infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test Porthole's systems for vulnerabilities

4. No Illegal Content

Porthole provides access only to destinations in its curated registry, which contains legal adult entertainment sites operating in jurisdictions where such content is lawful. Porthole does not route to sites hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that is illegal in the destination site's operating jurisdiction. Any attempt to use Porthole for such access will result in immediate termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content accessible via Porthole remains the intellectual property of the respective destination sites and their content creators. Porthole asserts no ownership over any third-party content. Your use of content accessed via Porthole is subject to the terms of each destination site.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Porthole is provided "as is." We make no representations regarding the availability, legality in your jurisdiction, or quality of any destination site's content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Porthole's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, misuse of the routing infrastructure, or any behaviour that places Porthole's network relationships at risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Porthole after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where practicable, by in-product notice.

9. Data Use Commitment

Porthole will never sell, rent, share, or disclose data collected through the service to any third party, except as required by law. Porthole may use collected data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service - including increasing page allowances, expanding the destination list, and updating partner arrangements.
